To balance any part of your body!
Close your eyes
Inhale deeply
And hold your breath for a moment
Think of the healing, cool energy of purple and look with your eyes at the part of your body which requires hel0
Send the flow of purple energy to it
Then say in your mind to the part, “Heal, Balance.”
Then exhale and open your eyes
Just curious, if the part of your body that needs balance is your eyes, is it better to have your eyes closed and think about them or to look at them in a mirror, perhaps?

For me, it works best to close my eyes and visualize I am holding my color bubble and then touch the body part, while visualizing that it flows right thru the body part inside out
